Living in center of Burdur allowed me to experience the Turkish way of life firsthand. I enjoyed trying traditional Turkish dishes, such as kebabs and Turkish tea. The bustling bazaars and vibrant street markets were a feast for the senses, offering a variety of spices, textiles, and handmade crafts.
Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to be a part of a school in Burdur, Turkey, where modern technologies were seamlessly integrated into the learning process. This unique experience allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative power of digital tools in education. In this account, I will share my observations and reflections on how technology is enhancing the educational landscape in Burdur.
One of the best things of my trip was the opportunity to bathe in the thermal waters of Cleopatra’s Pool, located within the ruins of Hierapolis. The warm, mineral-rich water was the legends surrounding the pool, including its connection to the famous Egyptian queen Cleopatra make me good feeling and added a sense of mystique to the experience.
In conclusion, my Erasmus experience in Turkey was truly impresive. It allowed me to immerse myself in a vibrant culture, broaden my historic knowledge, explore historical landmarks, savor delicious cuisine, and make new friendships. I will forever cherish the memories and lessons I gained during this incredible journey

First of all, I would like to thank you for your hospitable and cordial company. I had a great time and learned a lot about your beautiful country as well as how to behave in a different environment outside the country. I am very grateful to you.

When we first arrived at the Burdur city, we were astonished how different things looked in Turkey compared to Poland.
We tried some traditional Turkish food, visited most famous places like Burdur museum, Salda lake and Ancient Roman city.
We also visited schools like Burdur Alpaslan Ali Can Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi and Robotics center. We presented our games made in Scratch and talked about the main topic of the trip – fighting against climate change.
We met a lot of new friends and split into groups to integrate better and work together about solving the main problem of the trip.
Overall I’m very happy and satisfied with the trip. I learned so much from that trip and enhanced my English skills even more and I would recommend it to anyone.
